If you’ve been following the UKG movement in any fashion recently, you’ve probably heard Kovu & Artek’s track “Suddenly” in just about every prominent DJ’s set.  This is well-deserved, to say the least.

Artek’s sounds are future-leaning, deep and spacial.  With a knack for clever vocal samples, he’s perfected the art of speed-up-and-slow-down, keeping in touch with the dance floor. The grind-y and grime-y interludes will never interrupt your 2-step dance routine.

Labels like Fortified Audio and Car Crash Set have been swapping up these vibes, and a future release from the latter is expected in the not-so-future.
